Hi, my name Lucas Cunha and I’m a Software Engineer from Brazil. I’ve been gaming since I was a small kid. I started mostly with the Super Nintendo where some of my favorite games were Super Mario World, Super Bomberman 4 and Rock n’Roll Racing. Some of my all time favorite game series are the Mass Effect, The Witcher, The Last Of Us, Red Dead Redemption and GTA. I’m also a big fan of competitive multiplayer games like Rainbow Six Siege, the original Call of Duty Warzone and Counter Strike.
Why was The Gaming Pub created Link to heading
One of my hobbies since I was a young kid is playing video games. I’ve been a gamer for my whole life and I’m always trying to keep myself on top of the news and everything that is happening in the gaming world. When I was a kid, my way of doing that was to go every month to the nearest newsstand and buy the latest issue of the EGM magazine (Electronic Gaming Monthly). EGM was a great magazine with some of the best articles and content of the time related to gaming, I still miss to this day the magazine. However, today with so much information on the internet and sometimes not always good ones, it’s not an easy task. I’ve always wondered why there wasn’t a good gaming newsletter that could put on my inbox a curated set of links of what’s happening in the gaming world.
This is where The Gaming Pub comes to life, a curated gaming content newsletter delivered to your inbox every week with all the best news, reviews, videos and anything related to gaming. Imagine a gaming magazine that is delivered to your email, but instead of having to walk all the way to the nearest newsstand and buy a magazine, you just open your email and enjoy it.
