The Blazers host the Spurs tonight and we'll back Portland in this one to end the Spurs 11 game winning streak. The Spurs have now won 8 in a row on the road and they went 6-1-1 ATS in that span. These guys are due for a slip up. The Spurs are flying in to Portland from Utah to play their 3rd game in 4 nights, fatigue should be a factor. Also, Ginobli was knocked out of action for a few weeks with an oblique injury last night. The Spurs faced Portland at home this year without Ginobli and they won big, 99-83. Vegas had the Spurs as 1.5 point home favorites in that one and they went to win by 16. Odd to now see San Antonio as a 4 point dog when they're the hottest team in the league. Time to fade em, so let's back the Blazers as the home favorite at -4 for my NBA Top Play.

| I don't view sports betting as a "fun" thing to do to try and win some money. I view it as a serious investment with money, the same way there are Day Traders on Wall Street. That's why I'll never understand why some Handicappers release plays days/many hours before games start. We want as much information as we can get on teams, players, the lines, and knowing who the moneys on. You also never know if a serious player for that team has gotten hurt in practice or is gonna be sick. This is a serious investment and we want as much knowledge as we can get on a team before wagering on them. That being said, I will release most plays by 4 PM ET for games during the week. For weekends, if it is a morning game it will be up by 11 AM EST, and as the day progresses I may post more plays, but at least an hour before a game will start. Sometimes, line movement can be a BIG KEY for me making a selection, and that goes on right up to starting time for certain games. Sometimes not posting a Play hours before a game, can end up saving/making clients more money, and thats what it is all about, putting the odds into the client's favor as much as possible. |

Sometimes Rating my plays can be costly, once you start "Rating" your plays, I'll lose my 20* and win 5 4*'s in a row, so that ends up costing my clients money. | I strive to be one of the Biggest Cappers out there. By Big, I mean making around 2000 plays for a year's time. Let's say you start with a $10,000 bank roll. You go on to wager 3% of your bank roll per play for the course of a year. Top Plays/ Games of the Year call for a 5%-6% wager. Hitting 55% on 2000 plays brings you back $40,000 for a profit of $30,000 after one year's time. There's not an investment in the World that sees that kind of return in such a short amount of time, not to mention it can be a lot of fun too. That's why 55% is such a key number to cappers, if you're hitting 55%, you're dong VERY well. Due to the amount of Under Dog Money Line Plays I make, I'm not always going to be at 55%, but when you hit some +350 Under Dogs, you're making up for those few % points. I'll always sacrifice a few % points for more money in the long run, and that's the main objective. |
